How do we access the SQL database to extract data in Urchin 6?

Answer:

By default, all Urchin reporting data is stored in a subdirectory of the main Urchin directory: ~/urchin/data/

You can use any tool you typically use to manage/administer your MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
